Pump Jack System

Our pump jack system is a versatile, cost-effective scaffolding solution commonly used in construction, painting, siding, and repair projects. It consists of lightweight and adjustable components designed to provide a safe and efficient working platform for heights. This system gets its name from its mechanism, which uses a pump action to raise and lower the platform along vertical poles. Pump jack scaffolding systems are widely favored for their efficiency, ease of use, and ability to adapt to various job site requirements while maintaining worker safety.

Key Components:

1. Pump Jacks: The main lifting mechanism that slides up and down vertical support poles. Workers operate them using a foot-pump action, allowing for easy height adjustments.
2. Vertical Poles: Our aluminum poles serve as the structure for the scaffold. They are anchored securely to the ground and building for stability.
3. Work Platform: A plank or platform that spans between two or more pump jacks, providing a surface for workers to stand on.
4. Bracing: Horizontal and diagonal braces that stabilize the system and ensure safety by preventing movement or tipping.
5. Safety Features: Includes guardrails, end rails, and toe boards to prevent falls and protect workers and materials.

Note for plank selection: the 20" planks are used for standing on, and the 12" planks are used on the work bench. These planks also act as a guard rail behind the workers.
